MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS
Our first order minimum is $500 and All reorders are $250.
LEAD TIMES
Our current lead time is 4-6 weeks. All pieces are handmade by artisans in Colombia and all materials used are hand-selected and of outstanding quality. All pieces are manufactured upon order placed and then after shipped.
SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICE
We suggest that all wholesalers keep the suggested retail price of a 2.2%-2.5% increase in price.
SHIPPING
We ship all of our orders with USPS, unless a special request is made. We include signage and packing material in the shipping and handling fees. Please note, the retailer is responsible for any applicable tariffs/duties. Any customs/tariffs levied by the import country is the retailer's responsibility and is not included in the shipping cost.
SIGNAGE AND SAMPLES
By Lilla will provide digital photos, reels and videos to make selling our products even easier. We include one retail signage per order, but are happy to provide you with more if needed, just contact us. Samples to give out to your sales team is highly suggested and can be purchased 20% off the wholesale price. This will allow for your team to get to know the product and boost sales. Please contact us to purchase samples.
PAYMENTS
All of our orders are hand made when order is placed. We need a credit card on file in order to process your order, and we will charge it when order is ready to be shipped. When order is placed, there is a 24 hr cancellation period, after that, the order is no longer able to be canceled. If customer still needs to cancel order, there will be a re-stocking fee of 20%
